Request deletion of your TandPay data
This page is public and does not require a TandPay login. You may ask us to delete account, support, WhatsApp or other personal data linked to you.
Submit a request
Email support@tandpay.com or call or message the customer support and WhatsApp number at +250 787 609 066.
Provide only the minimum information needed to locate your records:
- Your registered or transaction phone number.
- Whether the request concerns an account, transaction, support conversation or WhatsApp messages.
- Enough context, such as an order reference, to distinguish your records where necessary.
Do not email or message a PIN, password, complete payment credentials or a full identity-document number.
Identity verification
We may need to verify that you are the person connected to the data before acting. We use information proportionate to the request and will not ask you to send sensitive credentials through email or WhatsApp.
What happens to your data
After verification, TandPay deletes or anonymizes data that is no longer needed. Some transaction, fraud-prevention, tax, regulatory, dispute, audit or legal-claim records may need to be retained where required by law or necessary for legal claims. Retained data is restricted to those purposes and removed or anonymized when the obligation ends.
We will contact you through the channel used for the request to confirm completion or explain any lawful limitation. We do not promise a fixed completion period because verification and legal-retention checks vary by request.
